Orders & Shipping Dec'23 - Jan'24 [updated]

Brief closure from January 4th to 5th due to staff holidays (visiting family). Order cutoff will be 12 noon (GMT) on January 3rd.

Order Dispatch

Orders taken prior to December 28th have been shipped as intended and we'll be dispatching orders since then on January 2nd and 3rd.

We will be closed from 12:00 noon on Jan 3rd until the 7th due to everyone on the team still having family to visit for late Christmas celebrations but normal service will resume from January 8th.

Support Availability

Support by phone will be unavailable from 2nd to 7th but we will still be providing email support as/when internet and time are available and this should allow us to respond within 24 hours (usually much sooner) but as ever your patience is much appreciated.

Previous Update:

With the usual chaos of Black Friday and the usual increase in packages clogging up the postal, courier and customs systems we're adjusting the options available as we do our best to mitigate and problems such as delays or losses.

So the following changes to shipping options and order dates are being applied.

  1. All eBay listings are now limited to tracked shipping options only
  2. All shipping options are now limited to tracked shipping options (with economy/untracked services disabled until the New Year)
  3. All items that have "free/discounted" shipping (mostly waste ink pad kits) have been price adjusted to allow for tracked/priority shipping options only (this includes UK and international orders).

It's also important to note that we do not work towards pre-Christmas delivery, as the bulk of our products are not what you'd expect to find under the Christmas tree so we haven't calculated nor offer any "in time for Christmas" deadlines. 

 

As ever we ask that customers please adjust their expectations on delivery times and try to remain patient. We will do our best to resolve any issues as/when they occur so please do let us know if you have any problems via support@octoink.co.uk
